Summer Survival Mode: Local Outings + Sanity Savers for Parents
Summer break can be magical... but also messy!
If you’re running out of ideas (and snacks), you’re not alone! Nest & Noted Co. was built by a local mom who gets it. Our mission? To bring calm to the chaos - with creative keepsakes, activity-packed totes, and a little something for caregivers, too.
📍 Local Play Spaces & Activities
Need a quick outing to save your afternoon? Here are a few of our local favorites:
Angier Public Library – Free story time and air conditioning? Yes, please.
Jack Marley Park (Angier) – Open space, walking trails, two playgrounds, stationary exercise equipment, and a small dog park (Noted Companions Approved).
Downtown Cary Park – A splash pad, creative play structures, shady spots, and room to roam. A dreamy afternoon escape for all ages (and pets).
YMCA of the Triangle – Check for drop-in family swim times and indoor play spaces.
Marbles Kids Museum (Raleigh) – Hands-on exhibits, imagination zones, and a toddler area that makes the chaos feel manageable.
