SHIPPING & Returns

Shop Policies:

Every item at Nest & Noted Co. is hand-pressed in my home studio and made to order. From preparing your artwork to pressing and packaging, every step is done by me with care and attention to detail — no outsourcing, no mass production.

Processing Time:

All items are made-to-order in my home studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping:

A flat $5 shipping fee applies to all U.S. orders under $50. Orders over $50 ship free.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most reliable option for your location.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

  • First Class Mail: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

  • UPS/FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Order:
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Shipping Issues:
Nest & Noted Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Custom & Personalized Orders:
Because each item is hand-pressed and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can resolve any issues. We take pride in our creations, and your satisfaction is our priority!

Non-Custom Items:
If you purchased a non-custom item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Issues:
If there is an error with your order (wrong size, wrong item, misprint, or damage in transit), please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product/packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • A short description of the problem

Custom Orders & Artwork:
For products that feature your artwork, design files should be uploaded at the time of ordering. Please submit one file per order — We’ll match your uploads to your checkout details. Artwork should be high-resolution for the best print quality.
